In a friendly and elegant atmosphere, learn to master the secrets of fresh pasta, from the selection of ingredients to the creation of authentic recipes. Claire will guide you through the traditional techniques to create handmade pasta, from the simplest to the most elaborate: delicate ravioli, homemade tagliatelle or even melting gnocchi. Each class is an invitation to discover the precise gestures and generous flavors that make Italian cuisine so rich.
